Comuneros y pobladores del municipio de San Dionisio Ocotepec entregaron a las 15 personas que fueron retenidas el pasado 7 de julio, luego de la disputa por un predio con el empresario Edy Monterrosa Mendez.
Ante la omisión del gobierno estatal, los pobladores entregaron a los sujetos a elementos de la Guardia Nacional y de Fiscalía General de la República, para que se inicien con las investigaciones correspondientes por la portación de armas de fuego de alto calibre.
Por casi 10 días estos sujetos fueron retenidos por pobladores, mientras pedían que el empresario invasor acudiera al lugar para asumir su responsabilidad y firmar un acuerdo de paz con la comunidad.
Durante estos hechos, no se reportaron incidentes mayores, en donde además la población salió a las calles de su comunidad para presenciar este acto.
Hace unos días comuneros y habitantes de San Dionisio Ocotepec, decomisaron armamento, cartuchos de grueso calibre, equipo de visión y un dron que le fue decomisado a personas en el sitio en donde el empresario Edy Monterrosa Mendez tenía una antena.
Esta problemática inició cuando comuneros acudieron a sus tierras que habían sido invadidas por el empresario Edy Monterrosa Méndez, donde hallaron construcciones de concreto y personas que cuidaban el lugar.
El predio invadido es de aproximadamente 325 metros cuadrados por lo que pidieron al empresario mostrar documentación que acredite que le pertenecen o que cuente con permiso.
