Comuneros y habitantes de San Dionisio Ocotepec, Tlacolula decomisaron armamento, cartuchos de grueso calibre, equipo de visión y un dron que le fue decomisado a personas en el sitio en donde el empresario Edy Monterrosa Mendez tenía una antena.
Hasta el momento se habla de que fueron decomisadas siete armas de grueso calibre así como celulares, además de qué hay 15 personas retenidas quienes amagan con dejar en libertad hasta que el empresario mezcalero Monterrosa firme el acuerdo de paz.
Hace unos días mediante un comunicado, pobladores de San Dionisio Ocotepec aclararon la situación de tensión que se vive en su municipio, luego de hallar a trabajadores de un empresario en territorio en conflicto.
Estos hechos sucedieron el fin de semana cuando acudieron a sus tierras comunales, las cuales ha invadido el empresario Edy Monterrosa Méndez, donde hallaron construcciones de concreto y había personas que cuidaban el lugar.
Indicaron que del predio invadido, de aproximadamente 325 metros cuadrados por lo que han pedido al empresario mostrar documentación que acredite que le pertenecen o que cuente con permiso, sin embargo colocó a gente con pasamontañas, y con armas que han amedrentado a campesinos.
Los comuneros han señalado que de estos hechos tienen conocimiento las autoridades estatales a quienes informaron en tiempo y forma pero no han actuado, así como de la Procuraduría Agraria que quiso presionar a comuneros hace dos semanas para que firmaran contratos de arrendamiento de la fracción de terreno en disputa.
Demandan a las autoridades interceder para llegar a la firma de un acuerdo de paz y seguridad a fin de que se genere la armonía en la comunidad.
Piden que se respeten sus tierras comunales que de manera ilegal habían sido invadidas por el Edy Monterrosa Méndez, además de que se presente en la comunidad para realizar una disculpa pública por el perjuicio que ha ocasionado a la población.
Hasta el momento ninguna autoridad estatal se ha pronunciado por estos hechos.
