Integrantes de la Asociación Civil Puente a la Salud Comunitaria, dio a conocer la primera edición de la campaña “Un plato con impacto” con lo que se busca sensibilizar a los ciudadanos mexicanos sobre la importancia de una alimentación saludable, así como recaudar fondos para los proyectos que la organización realiza en favor de la soberanía alimentaria.
De acuerdo con los organizadores desde hace tiempo han hecho trabajo para contribuir a la soberanía alimentaria a través de la promoción del cultivo, consumo, transformación y comercialización del amaranto, para mejorar la calidad de vida del medio rural en México.
La iniciativa estará vigente del 15 de julio al 31 de agosto y está destinado a restaurantes, cuyos propietarios podrán inscribirse en www.unplatoconimpacto.org, en donde además enviarán su logo para que el restaurante sea promocionado y recibirán material promocional que puede usarse el tiempo que dure la campaña para distinguirse como restaurante solidario.
El restaurante recomendará el plato con impacto y por la venta de cada plato donará un porcentaje voluntario a los proyectos de Puente a la Salud Voluntaria entre el 1 y 20 de septiembre para recibir su certificado de donación es deducible de impuestos.
La Asociación Civil publicará la rendición de cuentas el 6 de octubre en el Día del Amaranto.
